Motorized X-Ray Protective Screen with Remote Lift

This mobile screen takes the manual lifting out of shielding adjustment. A built-in 24V lithium-battery drive raises and lowers the panel by remote control — 400 mm of travel — so you can match the shielding height to the procedure, the patient, or the equipment without cranking or heaving.

The unit pairs a rigid protective panel with a lead-rubber curtain to cover the gap below, and rolls on casters so one person can move it between rooms. At 0.5 mm Pb and rated for up to 125 kV, it covers routine diagnostic and interventional scatter. The 24V system runs on safe low voltage, and a single charge holds standby power for 1–2 months.

How It Works

Roll the screen into position, lock the casters, then use the remote to raise or lower the panel until the shielding lines up with where you need it. The lead-rubber curtain hangs below the panel to close off the gap at floor level. When you're done, lower it, roll it aside, and it's ready for the next room — no outlet required between charges.

The remote lift pays off in rooms where the working height changes case to case — standing exams one minute, seated or table work the next. Instead of loosening knobs and manually sliding a panel, you press a button and it moves.
