Wool Felt Flap Polishing Disc

Wool Felt Flap wheel consists of stacked sector high-density wool felt flaps bonded on fiberglass backing plate, designed for angle grinders. The gaps between flaps offer excellent ventilation & heat dissipation to avoid workpiece thermal burn during continuous polishing. Elastic wool felt conforms to flat, curved and irregular surfaces. Matched with polishing compound for medium polishing & mirror finishing. Available in square edge (flat Type 27) and rounded edge. Square edge works for large flat surfaces; rounded edge fits corners and arcs to prevent edge scratching and chipping. Widely used for stainless steel, aluminum, copper, hardware sanitary ware, molds, stone and glass finishing.
