Wool Blended Felt

Wool blended felt is a non-woven fabric made by blending wool with synthetic fibers such as polyester, viscose and polypropylene via needle punched pressing. It retains the natural warmth, moisture absorption and air permeability of wool, while gaining higher tensile strength, wear resistance and dimensional stability from synthetic fibers.

2.Oil-absorbing pads for machine tools and industrial workshops; oil spill cleanup for vessels and equipment; oil-water separation and wiping greasy surfaces.

3.Air filtration for chemical plants, textile mills and cement plants; coarse liquid filtration; dust-collecting filter media.

4.Produce felt polishing wheels and strips for stainless steel, aluminum alloy, glass, marble and hardware workpieces. Soft surface avoids scratching parts.

5.Heat-resistant liners for equipment, pipeline insulation; sound-absorbing materials for machinery chambers and equipment cabins.

6.Liner padding for precision instruments and electronics for anti-collision and scratch prevention; wiping felt for enameled wires; cushion pads for medical devices.
