Nickel wire mesh is a durable wire mesh product known for its corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and excellent electrical conductivity. It's woven from nickel 200 or 201 materials, both with a nickel content of over 99%. Compared to rare metals like molybdenum, Monel, and Hastelloy, pure nickel mesh offers a cost-effective solution with superior performance. Nickel Wire Mesh Key Properties
· Superior corrosion resistance: Highly resistant to strong alkalis, hot lye, neutral salts, organic acids and reducing media. It resists stress corrosion and alkali embrittlement, but not strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated nitric acid and chromic acid.
· Wide temperature tolerance: Performs stably from room temperature to 600℃ with good oxidation resistance. It retains strength at high temperatures and stays ductile in cold conditions.
· Excellent conductivity: Features stable electric and thermal conductivity, ideal for electrodes and conductive components.
· Good mechanical & workability: High toughness and tensile strength. The tight weave is wear-resistant and anti-vibration for repeated use. It is easy to weld and bend.
