1. Material & Finish 

The base material can be whole solid wood or stable multi-layer wood composite board, with three optional finishing processes: open & closed paint finish, hot-pressed natural wood veneer, eco skin-friendly zero-paint finish. For painted doors, full color palette including cream white, charcoal gray, walnut brown and milk tea is adjustable, with matte, satin and glossy surface textures available.

Natural veneers like oak, ash and black walnut retain authentic wood grain. Zero-paint finish releases no harmful paint volatiles, featuring scratch, moisture and stain resistance. All finishes support customized color shades, anti-yellowing and crack-proof performance, reaching ENF environmental grade, and can match whole-house wood furniture for consistent interior tone.

2. Panel Design 

This symmetrical double door features two sets of rectangular recessed moldings on each leaf, slim embossed lines and fully rounded soft edges for a gentle look. Door type, panel layout, molding width and partial carved moldings are all customizable, with single door, unequal double door and hidden door as alternatives. Door frames width, door leaf proportion adjustable.

Its retro simple vertical moldings coordinate well with matching wood wainscoting and plaster lines to create an integrated wall-door visual effect. Custom molds are available for standard, wide and irregular door openings to realize all minimalist and retro design requirements.

3. Hardware Fittings 

It is equipped with standard wood-metal combined silent split lock, solid wood lever and matte metal lock body combining soft touch and delicate metallic texture. Thickened hydraulic soft-close hinges and full-circle soundproof sealing strips slow down the door automatically while closing, eliminate slamming noise and block sound transmission.

All hardware receives multi-layer anti-oxidation, anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment, stable to bear weight and keep smooth operation for years. Optional metal finishes including brass, gunmetal, matte black and chrome for all fittings to coordinate with door surfaces.
