30,000–60,000 Eggs/Hour Egg Grader
A scalable industrial egg grading system available with rated capacities of 30,000 or 60,000 eggs per hour, combining reliable inspection, accurate weight grading and multiple packing lanes.
About this product
Product information from the supplier.
This industrial egg grader is designed for high-volume table egg processing plants that require reliable grade separation and flexible packing capacity. Its modular layout allows the packing lanes and downstream conveyors to be configured according to the available floor plan, production workflow and required pack formats.
· Scalable capacity: Available with rated capacities of 30,000 or 60,000 eggs per hour to meet different production requirements.
· Stable weight grading: Static weighing supports repeatable separation customer-defined weight grades.
· Integrated inspection: LED candling provides a dedicated quality-control point before grading.
· Flexible packing configuration: Automatic tray denesting, egg packing and multiple packing lanes support different grading and packing requirements. Multiple lanes can be configured for the same grade or assigned independent weight ranges.

The grader can receive eggs from a manual egg-loading station or a central egg collection system. After grading, eggs are directed to the configured packing lanes according to the assigned weight ranges. Filled trays can then be transferred to compatible downstream collection or end-of-line conveyors. WISEVISION crack detection and egg coding are available as separate optional equipment.
For a project-specific proposal: Provide the required capacity, weight-grade ranges, pack formats, number of packing lanes, plant layout and downstream handling requirements.
