Product Overview

The automatic egg loader is designed for processors that need a stable supply of eggs to high-capacity washing or grading lines. It manages complete tray stacks and coordinates egg pickup with downstream demand, helping reduce manual loading bottlenecks.

· Three capacity levels: Choose 30,000, 60,000 or 90,000 eggs per hour to match the connected line.

· Stacked tray feed: Tray stacks are presented to the transfer area for an orderly loading sequence.

· Robotic egg placement: Food-grade suction tooling transfers complete egg patterns to the conveyor.

· Empty-tray collection: Used trays are removed from the loading position and collected for handling.

The loader can be engineered for compatible tray types and connected directly to egg washing, grading or packing lines. Final dimensions, power and utility data depend on the selected capacity and layout.
