The welding rod E7016 is the AWS grade of the American Welding Society, with a tensile strength of 470MPa, a yield strength of 390MPa, an impact toughness of 100J (-50°C), and a section elongation of 30%.

The full name of 7016 electrode is E7016 electrode, that is, low hydrogen potassium carbon steel electrode, which is suitable for welding medium carbon steel and important low alloy steel.
