Thick Kraft Corrugated — It Stands Up and It Will Not Crush

The kraft board is thick and there is corrugated paper in the middle, so the box stands up on its own and does not go soft. Bedding is bulky and springy; this box keeps its shape, so a duvet cover set goes in without being squeezed flat. Stacked in a warehouse or thrown into a van, the box does not squash in the middle or split at the corners.

A Big Heart on the Front

Across the face there is a big heart drawn in outline, printed in a shade close to the kraft itself, only a step away from it, so it reads like a watermark rather than a poster. The heart is centred, and the brand logo sits right inside it. That soft way of printing suits bedding: the box looks gentle before anyone opens it. On this face, apart from the heart and the logo, there is only a small block of standard details in the lower left corner; the rest is left as plain kraft.

A Mailer Box — A Few Folds and It Is Closed, With No Glue or Tape

-Open it up with both hands and the body takes its shape
-Push the two ears into the slots on the front, and the corners lock
-Fold the lid over and press it down — no glue and no tape
Home textile boxes are on the larger side, but the folding is still these three moves, so a new worker does not need long to learn it; with a few people folding together, a batch is stacked and ready to ship quickly.

The Export Details Are Printed With the Pattern, Not Stuck On Later

-The brand logo, inside the big heart on the front
-One line of slogan — this one carries "Deep Sleep Naturally"
-One line of text set vertically on the side — this one carries "Australian Standard"
-A small block in the lower left corner: company name, website, size list and care notes
-The pattern can be single-colour or full colour — the flag map on the side of this box is printed in colour
-The pattern, the kraft shade and the box size can all be set to your order
The standard details, size list and care notes that exports usually need are printed together with the logo and the pattern, so nothing has to be added with a sticker later. Home textiles, duvet covers, pillowcases, plush goods and home fabric brands all ship in this box, with the print changed to suit each one.

All Kinds of Paper Boxes and Paper Bags

We are a source factory, not a trading company — printing, hot stamping, embossing, matte laminating, die-cutting, corrugated mounting and box folding all happen in our own workshop, with no third party involved. The paper boxes we make: corrugated mailer, lid-and-base, drawer, magnetic flip-top, folding, book-style flip and jewellery boxes, fitted with foam or velvet inserts where they are needed. The paper bags we make: grosgrain ribbon handle, satin ribbon handle, cotton rope handle, die-cut handle, kraft, colored card and specialty paper bags, and laminated bags. Most of our work is for home textile, home fabric and gift brands. Small runs and bulk orders are both welcome — a few hundred pieces to start is no problem — and we make a sample first and shoot it in real light for you to approve. One coordinator follows your order from the first drawing to the day it ships.
