About this product
Product information from the supplier.
Product Overview
The living cattle fixed killing box is specially designed for cattle slaughterhouses, beef processing plants, and livestock abattoirs to safely restrain live cattle before slaughter.
The equipment provides a controlled working environment by fixing the cattle head and body position, helping operators perform slaughter procedures safely and efficiently. Compared with traditional manual restraint methods, the fixed killing box reduces animal movement, improves operator safety, and supports more standardized slaughter operations.
The machine adopts a pneumatic control system with a robust galvanized steel structure, including a cattle entrance pushing device, head clamping mechanism, side lifting door, bottom overturn plate, and safety protection components.
The design is suitable for conventional cattle slaughterhouses and can also be integrated into halal cattle processing facilities according to customer requirements.
The fixed cattle killing box is commonly installed at the beginning of the cattle slaughter process, before lifting, bleeding, and overhead carcass transportation systems.
Working Principle
The living cattle enters the fixed killing box through the entrance gate. After the animal reaches the designated position, the pneumatic control system activates the restraint devices.
The head clamping mechanism securely fixes the cattle head, while the side door and bottom plate provide additional positioning support. The operator can then complete the slaughter operation under a stable and controlled condition.
After the slaughter process, the bottom overturn mechanism or lifting system releases the carcass for transfer to the next processing stage, such as bleeding conveyor or overhead rail transportation.
The pneumatic drive system provides fast response, simple operation, and reliable performance for continuous slaughterhouse applications.
