Product Overview

The Cattle Carcass Slope Lifting Machine is an automatic inclined lifting system designed for cattle slaughterhouses and beef processing plants.

After cattle slaughtering and bleeding preparation, carcasses usually need to be transferred from a lower collection position to an elevated overhead rail system for continuous transportation.

The slope lifting machine provides an efficient solution by using an inclined conveyor structure to raise carcasses smoothly while maintaining continuous production flow.

Compared with traditional vertical lifting methods, the inclined design provides:

  • continuous carcass movement

  • higher processing capacity

  • smoother connection with overhead rails

  • better adaptation to long production lines

The equipment is mainly used for:

  • cattle carcass lifting

  • bleeding line connection

  • overhead rail transfer

  • slaughterhouse production flow improvement

According to EME QE‑C109‑II specifications, the machine uses an electric drive system, stainless steel or galvanized structure, tube rail/dual rail/flat rail options, and can achieve up to 100 cattle per hour capacity.

Working Principle

The Cattle Carcass Slope Lifting Machine works through a motor‑driven inclined conveying system.

The operation process:

  • 1. The cattle carcass is connected to the lifting hook or rail trolley.

  • 2. The driving motor activates the inclined chain or roller mechanism.

  • 3. The carcass moves upward along the inclined track.

  • 4. When reaching the required height, the carcass transfers smoothly onto the overhead bleeding rail.

  • 5. The carcass continues to the next processing stage.

The lifting system uses controlled movement to ensure stable transportation and reduce impact on the carcass.

Main Features

Application Case

Beef Slaughterhouse Production Line Upgrade

A cattle processing plant needed to improve the connection between the slaughter area and overhead bleeding rail.

Existing problems:

  • manual lifting required excessive labor

  • carcass transfer speed was limited

  • production flow was unstable

After installing the cattle carcass slope lifting machine:

  • carcass movement became continuous

  • production efficiency increased

  • labor requirements decreased

  • the overhead conveyor system operated more smoothly

The machine was integrated into the existing cattle slaughter production line.

Advantages

  • 1. High Throughput Capability
Supports up to 100 cattle/hour depending on production configuration.

  • 2. Smooth Carcass Transportation
The inclined structure reduces sudden movement during lifting.

  • 3. Space Efficient Layout
Suitable for factories where vertical height differences need to be overcome.

  • 4. Reduced Labor Cost
Automatic lifting replaces manual carcass transfer operations.

  • 5. Durable Construction
Stainless steel and galvanized components provide long service life.

  • 6. Easy Integration
Can connect with different overhead carcass rail systems.
