Product Overview
The Sheep Blood Collection Tank is a dedicated blood collection system installed beneath the bleeding area of sheep and goat slaughter lines. It is designed to efficiently collect, separate, and discharge blood generated during the slaughter process, helping maintain a clean processing environment while supporting hygienic by‑product handling.
Manufactured entirely from food‑grade 304 stainless steel, the tank features a heavy‑duty square tube frame, anti‑slip stainless steel checker plate, adjustable support feet, and integrated blood and wastewater discharge pipes. The corrosion‑resistant structure provides excellent durability in humid slaughterhouse environments and is easy to clean after daily production. The standard HT‑S106 model has an overall size of 1000 × 1000 × 500 mm, although custom lengths are available for different slaughter line layouts.

Working Principle
After the sheep or goat is suspended on the bleeding conveyor, blood flows naturally into the stainless steel collection tank positioned below the bleeding area.
The sloped tank bottom guides blood toward the dedicated blood outlet while wastewater is discharged separately through the drainage pipe. This design minimizes contamination of the production floor and simplifies subsequent blood recovery or wastewater treatment.
The enclosed drainage structure helps improve workshop hygiene and reduces manual cleaning requirements.
