Product Overview
The Sheep Automatic Bleeding Conveyor Rail is an automated overhead transportation system developed for continuous sheep and goat slaughter lines. It is designed to suspend carcasses immediately after slaughter and transport them through the complete bleeding process, ensuring stable movement, consistent bleeding time, and improved production efficiency.
The system consists of a closed C‑beam track, drive unit, forged conveyor chain with push fingers, wear‑resistant walking wheels, tensioning device, climbing and descending track sections, and a frequency‑controlled drive system. According to different slaughterhouse layouts, the conveyor can be configured with either φ60 × 4 mm stainless steel tube rails or 40 × 40 × 4 mm stainless steel dual rails, allowing flexible installation in both new projects and existing facilities.
The standard HT‑S105‑I model operates on 380V / 3 Phase / 50Hz, is powered by a 2.2 kW motor, features a 1200 mm hanger spacing, and supports production capacities of up to 400 sheep or goats per hour.
Typical applications include:
Sheep slaughterhouses
Goat slaughter plants
Halal slaughter facilities
Commercial abattoirs
Export meat processing factories
Working Principle
After stunning or halal slaughter, the sheep or goat carcass is secured with a bleeding shackle and connected to the overhead pulley hook. The automatic conveyor chain transports each carcass along the bleeding rail at a controlled speed.
Using a frequency inverter, the conveyor speed can be adjusted to match slaughter capacity and required bleeding time. The automatic movement ensures every carcass remains suspended for sufficient drainage before entering the skinning and carcass processing sections.
Main Features
Fully Automatic Continuous Operation
The conveyor automatically transports carcasses through the bleeding section, reducing manual handling and improving workflow continuity.
High Processing Capacity
Capacity up to 400 heads/hour
Suitable for medium and large sheep slaughterhouses
