Wine Gift Box for One Bottle and Business

The box stands up as a tall narrow rectangle. The height of the body is much longer than the width. Inside there is one upright cavity. The base of the bottle sits at the bottom, and the neck sits at the mouth. The lid is one flap that comes down and covers the box mouth.

The handle is one black grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon has a ribbed grain, and the lines can be seen one by one. The two ends of the ribbon are pressed inside the lid. A piece of paper is stuck inside the lid, and the paper holds the two ends down. The ribbon comes out through the lid and makes a loop. The loop is made at a hand-carry height. The ribbon is wide, so the part in your hand is one whole strip. The box and the handle are one piece, so you carry it out as it is. When the lid is closed the handle stands up.

- Black: the body is black, and the surface is matte.

- Red: the body is red, and the red is on the true side.

- White: the body is white.

- Printing a logo: a brand logo can be printed on the box.

- Gold stamping: gold can be stamped too, and the words are gold.

There are two EVA inserts inside the box. The lower one has a slot cut in it, and the base of the bottle sits in. The upper one has a slot too, and the neck of the bottle is held in it. The two inserts hold the bottle between them. The inserts are wrapped in black paper. The slots can be cut to the width of your bottle.

- For a drinks gift set: a bottle of wine goes into the box as a gift set.

- For a celebration: a celebration gift goes into the box.

- For an anniversary: a bottle of wine is given as an anniversary gift.

Wine boxes have been made in our factory for many years, and we have made boxes for red wine, grain liquor and foreign spirits. The box shapes run from one-piece folding to lid and base boxes, and tall boxes, two-bottle boxes and one-bottle boxes have all been run. The slots in the insert are cut to the bottle, and the base and the neck are measured before the cut is set. The place for the gold stamping and the size of the logo are gone over once before production. While it is made the lid and the box mouth are tried together, and the ribbon is pulled once to see that both ends are pressed flat. Before packing a few boxes are taken out, and a bottle is put in to see that the insert and the bottle match. A second order follows the same size and the same layout, so the second batch matches the first batch.
