Folding Flip Gift Box With Leather Handle

The box is folded out in one piece, and the lid and the body stay joined. Before it is opened up it is one thin flat piece. When you open it out the four sides stand up and the box is there. The folds are creased on the machine, so the crease line is straight. The four corners have a folded flap, and the flap goes inside the box. In the carton the flat pieces take less room than open boxes.

The handle is one leather strap. The two ends of the strap are pressed onto the lid. Two metal rivets go through the strap and hold it on the lid. The rivets are round, and they are gold in colour. There is a stitched line along the strap. The strap is wide, so the part in your hand is one whole strap. The handle sits in the middle of the lid. There is a long slot in the lid, and your fingers go through the slot when you carry the box. The box comes with this handle, so no extra bag is needed for a gift.

The lid closes and a magnet holds it. The magnet is set under the paper, so it does not show from outside. To open the box you lift the lid up. When the lid is closed the lid and the body line up. There are two magnets to a pair, one in the lid and one in the front of the body. After the lid is opened and closed again the magnet stays where it was set.

- Colour: pink, red, dark green, beige, light khaki, blue, white and black.

- Gold stamping: gold can be stamped on the box.

- UV: UV can be put on the box too.

- Printing a logo: a logo and a QR code can be printed on the box.

- An insert: an insert can go inside, with slots cut for what goes in.

An order starts with the size and the colour, and with what is going inside the box. You tell us what goes in and the size of the box, and we send you a die line drawing to look at. The words, the pictures and the place for the gold stamping are checked against your file. After that the order goes into production, and the paper colour and the strap colour are matched to a colour card. While it is made the lid and the body are tried together, and the magnet position is checked at this step. Before packing a few boxes are opened out, and the corner flaps and the rivets are looked at. All of this is done in our factory, and the die stays here.
