Steel Pickling (Picking) – In steel manufacturing, hydrochloric acid is the standard pickling agent for removing rust and mill scale from hot-rolled steel. Our acid delivers consistent concentration and low heavy metal content, ensuring clean, uniform surfaces before galvanizing or cold rolling.

Oil Well Acidizing – In oil and gas extraction, hydrochloric acid is injected into limestone reservoirs to dissolve rock and create flow channels. This process, known as acidizing, significantly improves well productivity. Our acid offers controlled strength for effective formation dissolution.

Leather Deliming – In leather tanning, after hair is removed using lime, the hides must be delimed. Hydrochloric acid efficiently removes residual lime and opens up the hide structure, preparing it for bating and tanning. Consistent acid strength ensures uniform hide quality.

Water Treatment & Resin Regeneration – Hydrochloric acid is the standard regenerant for cation exchange resins in water softeners and demineralization plants. It effectively strips calcium and magnesium from exhausted resins, restoring their softening capacity.
