A Two-Piece Lid That Shuts Tight and Opens Easy
The lid drops straight onto the base and closes flush, so the box looks like one solid block with no gap showing. On the sizes that need it, there is a small half-round notch on the side of the lid — a customer slides a fingertip in and lifts, and the lid comes up in one smooth motion. Closing it again is just a light press. Opening a box this way feels neat, more like a counter in a jewelry store than a parcel.
Black Flocked Inside, Slotted to Hold Each Piece
Inside is a black flocked pad. It is soft to the touch, and it grips slightly, so rings and studs do not slide around when the box is tilted. The pad is slit to fit the pieces: hooks press into the earring slots, chains thread into the necklace cuts, and rings sit in their own grooves. Because each piece has its own spot, jewelry does not tangle, and nothing rubs against anything else during shipping. The dark lining also makes gold, silver, and pearls stand out the moment the lid comes off.
Pick the Size That Fits Your Piece
-Small square (5 × 5 cm) — for rings and a single pair of studs
-Medium square (7 × 7 cm) — for a pair of earrings or one pendant
-Large square (9 × 9 cm) — for a set, or a thicker bracelet
-Small rectangle (5 × 7 cm) — for a thin necklace or a chain
-Large rectangle (7 × 9 cm) — for a necklace with pendant
or a gift set All of them are 1.5 cm high. That thin profile keeps mailer costs down, and thousands of boxes stack in a small space in your stockroom. Need another size? We can make it.
Brown Cross-Hatch Paper With a Fabric Feel
The outside is brown specialty paper pressed with a fine cross-hatch pattern. Run your hand over it and it feels like cloth rather than glossy paper, with a soft matte surface that does not throw back light. The grain also hides everyday handling well — fingerprints and light scuffs do not show the way they do on smooth paper, so the box still looks clean after a customer has picked it up and set it down a few times. Brown is a warm, safe color that suits gold, silver, and gemstones alike.
A Quiet Box That Lets the Jewelry Speak
The surface is left plain on purpose. Gold foil, printed color, or a paper label — whichever way you want your logo on it, the blank face gives it room. We test the logo on the actual paper before we run the order, so you can see how the pattern of the paper affects the finish, then decide. And plain works twice: on its own it reads as simple and expensive, and as a base for a brand mark it never fights your design.
One Factory From the Drawing to the Shipment
Greyboard, paper wrapping, flocking, die-cutting, and logo work are all done in our own factory, so the box is not passed between workshops with nobody watching the details. You send your logo or your size, we send a sample back for your approval — check the fit, the flocking, the logo finish — and once you are happy we run the order. We take small custom runs too, a few hundred pieces to start is fine. From the drawing to the shipment, one coordinator follows your order the whole way. One factory, one team, one standard.
