The Gold Is Foiled, and It Stays Sharp

The name on the lid and the row of small icons on the side are not printed — they are foiled in gold. The foil sits on top of the paper, so facing it the surface looks flat and clean; turn the box in the light and it flashes once. The hard part is the fine work: the thin gold line around the dark red panel, the small line of type under the logo, the row of tiny icons on the side. Those hold here — thin lines stay unbroken, and the small letters stay clear instead of filling in.

Thick Kraft Board, So the Edges Stay Straight

The board is thick kraft, so the box edges stay straight. Press the lid with your thumb and it springs back; stack a few boxes and the bottom one does not buckle. That is what matters in shipping — the box takes the pressure instead of passing it on to what is inside. It also means the box still looks sharp on a shelf after the trip.

A Long, Shallow Box — These Are the Things That Fit

This box is long and flat, not tall and square. Coffee, tea and bakery products are exactly the shape this suits:
-A bag of coffee beans or ground coffee
-Drip bags, capsules, or a few small tins in a row
-A row of pastries, cookies, or cake slices
-A tea caddy, a tea cake, or a small tea set
-Cards, notebooks, or small cultural and creative items
Tell us what you pack, and we make the length, width and depth to match it.

No Glue, No Tape — the Bottom Locks Itself

The bottom is a self-locking base: fold the four flaps in and they hook together, and it holds without glue. Setting one up takes a few seconds, so packing goes faster. Shipped flat, the boxes take a fraction of the space of assembled ones, which saves you cartons and freight.

Matte Green, and Everything on It Can Change

The deep green is matte, so it does not throw light back at a camera and your photos come out clean. The paper is recyclable kraft, which is what overseas buyers and shops ask for. Beyond that, these can all be made to your brief:
-The colour
-The foiled words
-The icons
-The box size
Send a colour code or a reference image and we match it. If you need material and recycling marks on the box, tell us which ones and we place them.

One Factory From the Drawing to the Shipment

We are a source factory, not a trading office: the printing, the lamination, the die-cutting, the foil stamping, and the folding and gluing of our boxes are all done in our own workshops, and our paper bags are made the same way, so nobody in the middle is guessing at your order. On the box side, we make lid-and-base, drawer, magnetic flip-top, folding, and jewelry boxes, with liners and inserts fitted where they are needed; on the bag side, ribbon-handle, cotton-rope, flat-paper, die-cut handle, kraft, colored card, and specialty paper bags. We make boxes and bags for coffee roasters and cafes, bakeries and pastry shops, tea brands and tea rooms, gift shops, and brands ordering souvenirs and corporate gifts. Small batches and full container orders are both welcome; a few hundred pieces to start is no problem. You send us your logo or your idea, we make a sample first and shoot it in real light so you can approve it, then we run the order. One coordinator follows your order from the first drawing to the day it ships. One factory, one team, one standard.
