About this product

Product information from the supplier.

A White Board, So Print Stays Sharp

The box is white card, so it is white to begin with — no white underlayer has to be printed first, and dark type sits on it with full contrast. Product photos come out clean on this surface: a black unit and a white unit both stay sharp, and a coloured one does not go muddy. The board is also stiff, so the box keeps square corners and the sides do not bow when it is picked up.

Product Photos and Icons on the Box

On the front, the product name sits at the top, a product photo fills the middle, and four small icons run underneath with one short line each — battery life, no oil split, bottle capacity, mist speed. The lid carries another product photo, so the box is recognisable seen from above on a shelf. One side shows the two colour options as small photos with a black and a white label. The other side carries a short caution note with two warning icons, and a row of marks: CE, RoHS and the crossed-out bin. The lid edge has a half-round finger notch, so the box opens with a thumb.

The Base Locks Itself — No Glue Needed

-Open the box up and the base folds inward and locks on its own
-No glue, no tape and no stapler
-The base is several panels locked into each other, so it does not come apart under weight
-Setting one up takes a few seconds
Packing a few hundred boxes on a Monday morning is where those few seconds add up.

Shipped Flat — You Pay for Paper, Not Air

The boxes reach you flat. Flat boxes stack low and tight: the same carton that holds a few hundred finished boxes holds several times that many flat ones, and on container orders that is the difference between paying for paper and paying for air. When you need them, they open in seconds, and the finished boxes sit square in a carton for retail or for the marketplace warehouse.

Size and Market Versions, Made to Order

-The die is cut to your device: send the length, width and height, and we add room for the cable, the manual and a tray
-English version — the usual one for European and American listings
-One other language — Russian, Spanish or Arabic, for the country you sell most in
-Two languages stacked — one box for two markets
-Icons instead of words — specs carried by symbols and numbers, readable anywhere
-Several languages on one box — for a batch going to more than one country
Small aroma diffusers, power banks, Bluetooth earbuds and small digital products all use this box, with only the size and the printing changed.

One Factory From the Drawing to the Shipment

We are a source factory, not a trading office: the printing, the lamination, the die-cutting, and the folding and gluing of our boxes are all done in our own workshops, and our paper bags are made the same way, so nobody in the middle is guessing at your order. On the box side, we make mailer, lid-and-base, drawer, magnetic flip-top, folding, and jewelry boxes, with liners and inserts fitted where they are needed; on the bag side, cotton-rope, ribbon-handle, flat-paper, die-cut handle, kraft, colored card, and specialty paper bags. We make boxes and bags for consumer electronics brands, power bank and earbud sellers, digital accessory makers, small home appliance brands, and sellers shipping through marketplaces and their own websites. Small batches and full container orders are both welcome; a few hundred pieces to start is no problem. You send us your logo or your idea, we make a sample first and shoot it in real light so you can approve it, then we run the order. One coordinator follows your order from the first drawing to the day it ships.
