Green Foldable Magnetic Gift Box

A box that closes properly is what makes a gift feel finished before the ribbon is even tied.

The box arrives as a flat sheet: the board is scored and cut in one piece, so opening it out and folding it up is a job of seconds and needs no glue. A stack of flat sheets takes a fraction of the space the same number of built boxes would, so a carton carries far more of them and the freight is paid on board rather than on air. Held flat in a storeroom, the sheets stay unmarked, and you fold only the ones you need that week — the box is built when the order is packed, not months before.

The board underneath is thick, which is what keeps the assembled box square and stops the sides bowing in when it is picked up. Over it goes art paper, so the outside is smooth and matte to the touch rather than shiny, and the fold lines stay crisp instead of cracking along the edges. That surface is also what the finish goes onto: hot stamping, screen printing, lamination and UV coating all sit cleanly on it.

Sizes are measured by hand, so allow 0.5–1.5cm either way.

We are a packaging factory, and our own workshops run the whole chain: printing, lamination, die-cutting, and the folding of a box like this one. Because the workshop is ours, a folding box can be quoted, sampled and run without passing through a trading office in between. There are two ways to order, depending on your timeline: the three sizes above are held in stock and ship quickly in the colours shown, or we run your own size, colour and hot stamping to your artwork. Every order starts with a sample, photographed in daylight before the run begins, and a first batch of a few hundred pieces is welcome. One person follows your order from the first drawing to the day it ships.
