Valentine’s Day Heart Tag Paper Tote Bag

The handle is red twisted paper rope, twisted tight so it keeps its spiral and stands up from the bag instead of lying flat against it. Twisted rope is the strong option for a paper handle: the strands carry the load together, so a full bag does not pull the handle apart, and the twist gives your fingers something round to hold. The heart tag is a separate piece tied to the handle on a string — take it off, write a name or a date on it, tie it back on. It is the part that gets kept after the bag is empty.

The kraft is thick, so the walls hold under a load: a box of chocolates or a small bouquet does not pull the bag out of shape, and the base stays flat while it is carried. The body is cut square, so the bag stands up on a counter on its own. Once an order is packed away, the bags fold along their own creases and stack flat — a shop can keep a stack behind the counter instead of storing them opened up.

The heart can be printed in your red, changed to another colour, or replaced with your own artwork. The tag can be heart shaped, round or square. The bag can be kraft, white card or coloured paper. The handle can stay twisted rope, or change to ribbon, cotton rope or flat paper. Sizes are cut to what you are packing — send us the box or the bottle you are giving, and we set the bag so it holds it without moving around.
