Printed Rigid Mailer Box Custom Logo For Garments

The Whole Lid Is an Illustration, So the Unboxing Starts With a Picture

The lid carries a full-colour illustration that runs right to the edges, so the whole picture is there the moment the parcel is opened. The printing is high-definition colour work, so small elements — petals, feathers, birds — keep clean edges instead of blurring into one another. The lid, the two sides and the folded edges are all printed, so on a shelf the box reads from any angle without being turned around. Several illustrated patterns are available, and the whole picture is visible as soon as it is opened, which is what people remember about this box.

Stiff White Card, So a Dress Does Not Bulge the Walls

The board is stiff white card, far harder than the thin kraft most parcels come in, so once the box is formed it stays rigid: a dress, a skincare set or a box of flower tea will not bulge the walls or bow the base. The sides and corners take the load, so stacking the boxes or pressing them into an outer carton does not bend them out of shape. The surface is flat, and it stays flat after printing.

One Piece, Folded With No Glue and No Tape

The box is one piece: the body, the base and the lid are cut from a single sheet of board, and it arrives flat rather than pre-formed. Lift the sides, press the base tabs down and close the flaps — no glue and no tape, and one person can finish a box in seconds. The lid is a top flap: it folds shut to seal the parcel and opens wide for packing, so there is no separate lid to keep track of.

Sizes, Your Logo and the Artwork Can All Be Changed

- Sizes are made to your product — a garment, a tea tin or a skincare set each gets its own box.
- Your logo and wording can be printed on the lid, with the position and size set by your design.
- The illustrated patterns can be swapped for another set, or replaced with artwork of your own.
- Bulk orders are printed as one run, so the pattern stays consistent across the whole batch.

Garments, Small Apparel, Flower Tea, Skincare, Giveaways, Cultural Gifts

- Dresses and garments: folded in whole, with the box holding its own shape.
- Small apparel: scarves, ties and socks go straight into the box for parcel shipping.
- Flower and fruit teas, skincare: a tea tin or a skincare set sits inside, and the printed pattern suits that kind of product.
- Giveaways and cultural gifts: there is a print to see the moment it is opened, so it looks considered when you hand it over.
- E-commerce and cross-border retail: flat into the warehouse, formed on the way out, easy to stack in cartons.
- Holiday packing: for Christmas and New Year gift seasons, the illustrated patterns sell on their own.

Artwork to Box, In Our Factory

This printed mailer box is made from artwork to finished box in our own factory: layout, printing, die-cutting, creasing and the tuck-in base each run on our own equipment, one step after another. The box blanks are checked against one colour standard before they leave, so a batch is even in colour, and a repeat order holds to the same version. On artwork, we hold a library of ready-made illustrations for you to pick from, or we draw to your own brand — the colour, the wording and the size are all open to talk. On quantity, we take both a small trial run and a full container. The paper, the box style and the printing method can all be swapped to what you ask for. A buyer opens the parcel and the box is the first thing they see, so the print on the panel and the cleanliness of the fold lines are the first things to be looked at.
