Book Shaped Christmas Candy Box With Ribbon

The box is shaped like a small book: it has a spine, the edge of a page block, and the front is printed the way a cover would be, so on a table it reads as a book until you look closely. The lid is a flip lid: it opens along the spine and the whole box opens up, so there is room for your hands when you fill it, instead of pushing sweets through a gap. The hinge is folded out of the card itself, so it does not loosen after being opened and closed a few times.

Close the lid and one ribbon around the spine, tied in a bow, seals it: no glue and no tape anywhere. The bow sits on the spine, which is where a book would be bound, so it looks like a bookmark ribbon on a real book. The ribbon comes in red or green — red for a red box, green for the dark green one — which keeps the Christmas pairing.

Several Christmas prints are available now: a Santa face, white Merry Christmas lettering, coloured Christmas letters on black, and holly leaves on dark green with a small card. The print, the colours and the wording on the box can be changed to your theme, your logo can be added, and a seasonal run can be printed to your own artwork.

Everything the box needs, inside and out, is put together in our own factory. The box is printed on white card, the tray is cut to the size of the sweets you are packing, and the ribbon is matched to the box in red or green; if you want a card, a tag or a paper bag to go over the box, those can be made with it, in the same colours and on the same print. That means one order instead of several — one supplier for the box, another for the ribbon and another for the tray, with colours that do not match and samples travelling back and forth. For quantity, a few hundred for a trial and full containers for bulk are both fine, and a repeat order is matched to the first one for print and colour.
