A Long Webbing Handle for the Shoulder
The webbing is long enough to sit on the shoulder rather than in the hand, so a customer who is already carrying a coat and a phone still has both hands free. It is wide and flat, so the weight sits across the shoulder instead of pressing into one line, and both ends are riveted through the wall so the pull is spread along the webbing. The length is set at the sample stage: tell us where you want the bag to hang — under the arm, at the waist or lower — and the webbing is cut to that.
Room for a Coat, a Quilt or a Whole Outfit
- A folded coat, a quilt or a whole outfit goes in flat, without being rolled or folded twice.
- The bag is cut wide, so a wide item lies down at the bottom instead of standing on an edge.
- With home textiles and larger gift sets, that extra width is what keeps the sides from bulging.
- One big bag per customer means fewer bags at the till, which staff notice on a busy day.
A Wide Mouth That Opens Across the Whole Bag
The mouth opens almost the full width, so what goes in is dropped in from above rather than pushed through a narrow opening. Staff packing a bag can reach the far corner without turning the bag around. When something has to come back out — a return, an exchange — it comes out without being pulled. The front stays flat because the mouth is reinforced along the fold line.
Blank Space, and Room for a Big Word
- The front is mostly blank on purpose, so one big word can be set large without crowding the bag.
- Typeface, size and position are set per order: serif, sans, or your own lettering.
- A quiet option works too: one short line low on the front, or a small mark at a corner.
- Plain bags and printed bags can run in the same order, so a shop can hold both.
A Bag That Still Looks Right on Camera
The bag is used twice, once at the counter and once in the shoot, and it has to look the same in both. A flat white front with one line of type photographs cleanly, with no pattern fighting the product. Because the panel is stiff, the bag keeps its rectangle in a photo instead of creasing at the corners. Buyer showrooms and pop-ups want the same thing: a bag that keeps the brand visible long after the customer leaves the shop.
How a Paper Bag Is Built in Our Factory
A bag starts as a sheet: it is printed, laminated, cut, creased, glued and then fitted with the handle and rivets, all in our factory. Handles come in cotton cord, webbing, ribbon and die-cut paper, in hand or shoulder lengths, with or without eyelets. Bag types run from tote, flat, wide base, window and shoulder bags to rigid, folding and magnetic boxes, with inserts cut to match. Finish options include UV, foil, emboss, deboss and matte or gloss lamination. Because every step sits under one roof, the colour of the webbing and the printed area can be checked against each other before the run ends.
