Portable Handle Business Souvenir Folding Gift Box

<p>Designed for fashion sets, candle gifts, leather goods, wine and corporate presents, this folding box leaves the shop in the customer&#39;s hand. The Black Edge Around the Orange

Every panel of this box is orange, and a black edge runs along all four sides of each one. On a shelf of plain boxes, that edge is the part the eye catches first, and it frames the orange rather than letting the two colors fight. From the front the black line traces the whole outline, and around the back it does the same, so the box looks complete from any side a customer turns.

The Lid Closes on Its Own

Two magnets sit under the front edge of the lid, so the lid pulls itself shut as soon as you bring it down. You can close the box with one hand while the other stays on the gift, and there is no tape and no ribbon to tie. Open it a second time and the lid rests where you leave it, so the next gift is packed just as quickly.

Flat Until You Need It

- Before a busy season: a stack of flat boxes takes one shelf.
- Behind a shop counter: there is room for all three sizes.
- On the road: a carton of flat boxes takes less space to move.
- At an event: one person folds a box open in a few seconds.
- In the stockroom: you can see how many are left without moving the pile.
- After the season: they fold back down and go on the shelf again.

What We Print on It

The lid panel is where your name goes, and the print is set again for every order rather than kept from a template. Send a file, a photo of your label or a rough sketch, and we come back with a layout before anything is printed. The words on the box in our photos are only an example of what can go there.

When the Lid Comes Up

- The inside of the lid: the same orange face with a black edge around it.
- The walls inside: orange panels, black along the top rim and down each corner.
- The base inside: one flat orange surface, with the fold lines of the flat-packed box still showing.
- The handle: a brown webbing ribbon that comes out of the box side, with the ends held inside.

The Boxes Our Factory Makes

Our factory runs folding boxes, lid and base boxes, drawer boxes, mailer boxes and paper bags, and we cut inserts in EVA, foam, velvet and paper card. We have made packaging for fashion brands, candle makers, wine sellers, jewellers and company gift programmes. Those buyers ask for different things: one wants a lid that sits tighter, another wants the print inside the lid, and another wants a tray that holds a bottle upright. Because the box and the insert are made in the same place, the two are matched before the first sample goes out. You tell us what the gift is, how it will be packed and how it will travel, and we point to the shape and the insert that fit. From the first sample to the repeat run, the order stays on the same board and the same print.
