White Gift Bag With Black Edge Bow Option

The bag is white, and a black frame runs along the top, the sides and the base, front and back. The frame is not printed on: a black edge band wraps the rim of the paper, so the line stays even where the bag is folded. Because the frame is on every edge, the white panel reads as a card set inside it. The handle band is the same black, so the bag carries one colour and one white, nothing else.

- The colour: one colour or two, printed straight onto the white.

The top of the bag is folded over twice before the band is set in, so the mouth stays firm while the bag is being filled. Two slots are cut in the mouth, and the satin band passes through them instead of being glued onto the face. With the band through the mouth, the bag is held from the middle and it stays level. The folded mouth is the same white as the panel, so nothing shows above the black frame.

The bag in the photos is white with a black frame and a black band, and that is one way to set it. For an order, the bag colour, the frame colour and the band colour can each be changed, so the three can be set as one family or as a contrast. A dark bag with a light frame works the other way round from the sample, and the band is set to match either one. Give us the shade for the bag and the frame before the die is cut, and the first bag comes out in that colour. The sample colours stay as they are, so a shop that wants the white and black can order the same version again.

Once the artwork is set, one printed bag comes out first, and the run follows only after that bag is approved. The layout and the shade are kept on file, so the next order is set from the same files rather than from a fresh guess.
