Multi-size Hard Paper Flip Gift Box With Handle

The lid is part of the box: it folds over from the back and comes down on the top. When it is closed, the lid covers the whole opening, and the side walls sit under it. Inside, the walls are folded up from the base and locked, so the box stands as a solid block. The fold at the back is creased first, so the lid turns on the same line every time.

- The face: matt black paper over a stiff board.

- Without print: the box still reads as a finished box on a shelf.

- With foil: a logo can be pressed on in gold or in silver.

- With UV: a mark can be laid on as a layer of gloss.

- The blank areas: the lid and the two sides are left clear for a mark.

The handle is nylon webbing, threaded through two long slots in the lid. The ends are turned back inside the box and stitched. Because the slots are set at the middle of the lid, the box hangs level when it is carried. The webbing is the same black as the box, so the handle reads as part of it.

- Three standard sizes are kept ready to ship: 30 x 22 x 11 cm, 38 x 28 x 15 cm and 42 x 36 x 18 cm.

- The small box: a folded shirt, a set of skin care or a pair of shoes.

- The middle box: a jumper, a bottle of wine or a boxed gift set.

- The large box: a coat, a gift basket or several items together.

- Ordered together: the three sizes can be ordered as one set.

- The insert: EVA, sponge or a paper card tray can be fitted inside.

A logo can be hot stamped on the lid in gold, in silver or in one colour. A UV finish can be laid on the same face, which shows as a raised gloss. The print can be one colour or several, straight onto the black. The position of the mark is set on the lid, where the handle leaves the panel clear. The lining inside can be changed to suit what goes in the box. The webbing can be cut in another colour, or to a different length.
