How We Check Every Batch of Boxes We Make
The lid and the base and the bow are all made piece by piece in our factory. The lid and the base are matched up in pairs, so it is neither loose nor tight when the lid goes on. The wrapped edge of the box surface is made by pressing the paper flat first and then folding it in along the edge and sticking it down. The bow is tied by hand, and the shape is looked over after tying. After each batch of boxes is finished, a few are taken out to check how the lid fits, the wrapped edge and the bow. A second order follows the same size and the same layout, so the second batch matches the first batch. Only checked boxes are packed, and the number is counted once more before packing.
