Multi-size White Corrugated Small Gift Box

The box is made of white corrugated card. The paper surface is white, and nothing is printed on it. The surface is clean, and it feels smooth under your hand. The box is square, and the edges are straight. The box can stand on a table.

The box surface is blank, so your own things can be printed on it. Screen printing can be done, and full colour printing can be done too. A sticker can also be put on after printing. The design and the logo come from you. The position and the size of the printing are set for an order.

- Flat sheet: when it arrives, the box is a flat sheet.

- Folding up: the four sides are folded up.

- Locking the bottom: the bottom locks by itself, with no glue.

- Putting things in: the item is put into the box.

- Closing: the lid folds down and tucks in.

- Pressing: press the box edges once and they sit flat.

There is a corrugated layer in the middle of the box. The corrugated part is a wavy layer that is pressed in. The box wall is one layer thicker because of it. The layer can be seen on the edge of the box. The box is empty inside, and small items can go in.

- For tea: a tin of tea or a small bag of tea.

- For a scented candle: a candle jar.

- For Christmas: a small ornament or a bauble.

- For ceramics: a small cup or a small dish.

- For jewelry: a thin bracelet or a small piece of jewelry.

This box is cut, creased, folded and locked in our factory, one step after another. When the paper comes in, it is cut into sheets first, and then it is creased. The crease marks where to fold, and the box is folded along the line. The lock bottom comes off the die, and it holds by itself once folded. The creases for the lid are pressed at the same time, so the lid fits. After each batch, a few boxes are taken out and folded once to check the fit.
